Tunari is a mountains chain located north of the Cochabamba Valley in Bolivia. It has an approximate area of 412 km2.
Its influence area covers the Quillacollo and Cercado provinces and can be divided into 39 watersheds with very steep slopes that supply water to the Cochabamba valley from the Tunari Mountains. The valley has an area of 450 km2.
