The Peruvian Government has sent formal invitations to Partnership
members. National Governments have been invited through their
Foreign Affairs Ministers while Organizations and Major Groups
received the invitations through Directors and Heads.
Financial aid to attend the conference will be provided to
representatives from developing countries and countries in
transition only. Please
note that only one participant from each partnership member country
/organization / major group will be assisted.
All
participants are responsible for making their own visa arrangements
and are expected to cover all other costs related
to the travel
apart from those explicitly covered by the organizers. This completed
form should be returned by Friday 10 September.

notice that the meeting will be attended by representatives of
Partnership members only.
