Yes, I consider that the mechanisms and tools mentioned are important, however not complete.Point 2 are tasks of point 1 and even part of point 3.

B. Do you have suggestions on how the mechanisms could be set up at all levels, particularly at the national and/or regional level?

At national, subregional and regional levels, there exist established mechanisms, it is necessary to identify and strenghten them. To achieve this, it is important to serve the strategic line in item 2 on Institutional Building, where the administrative and operational components play a key role.

C. Did you want to propose some other mechanism and tool that could be used or implemented by the members and/or services to be offered by the secretary of the Mountain Partnership, in collaboration with the Mountain Forum?

What is important is to organize the four points presented as mechanisms and proposed tools in the proposal. They are identified as the most important Mechanisms that are the fundamental tools for achieving the Objectives of the Partnership:

1.-Mechanism of Information Exchange
2.-Financial Mechanism
3.-Participation and awareness

A. Esta Ud. de acuerdo con los mecanismos y herramientas arriba identificados, para ser utilizados por los miembros y/o ofrecidos como servicios de la secretaria para la alianza de montanas?

Si, considero que los mecanismos y herramientas mencionados son importantes, sin embargo no completas.

El punto 2 son tareas del punto 1 e incluso parte del punto 3.

B. Tiene Ud. sugerencias sobre como los mecanismos podrían ser implementados a todos los niveles, particularmente a nivel nacional y/o regional?

A nivel nacional, subregional y regional existen mecanismos establecidos, lo que hay que hacer es identificarlos y fortalecerlos. Para ello es importante atender la línea estratégica planteada de en el tema 2 sobre Fortalecimiento Institucional, en donde los componentes administrativo y operacional juegan un rol fundamental.

C. Quisiera Ud. proponer algún otro mecanismo y herramienta que pudiera ser usado o implementado por los miembros y/o servicios a ser ofrecidos por la secretaria de la alianza de montanas, en colaboración con el foro de montanas?

Lo importante es organizar los cuatro puntos presentados como mecanismos y herramientas planteadas en la propuesta.

Se identifican como los mas importantes Mecanismos que son a su vez las herramientas fundamentales para la consecución de los Objetivos de la Alianza:

1.- Mecanismo de Intercambio de Información
2.- Mecanismo Financiero
3.- Participación y concienciación

Oui, j’estime que les mécanismes et outils mentionnés sont importants, toutefois incomplets. Le Point 2 sont des tâches du point 1 et même en partie du point 3.

B. Avez-vous des suggestions sur comment les mécanismes pourraient être mis en place à tous les niveaux, en particulier au niveau national et/ou régional?

Aux niveaux national, sous-régional et régional, il existe des mécanismes établis, il faut les identifier et les renforcer. Pour ce faire, il est important de répondre à la ligne stratégique du point 2 sur le renforcement des institutions, où les composantes administratives et opérationnelles jouent un rôle clé.

C. Avez-vous d’autres mécanismes ou outils à proposer?

Ce qui est important, c’est d’organiser les quatre points présentés comme mécanismes et outils dans la proposition. Ils sont identifiés comme les mécanismes les plus importants qui sont les outils fondamentaux pour atteindre les Objectifs du Partenariat:

1. Mécanisme d’échange d’information
2. Mécanisme financier
3. Participation et sensibilisation
