The Interim Secretariat for the Mountain Partnership wishes to express its appreciation to the organizers and the many participants of the e-consultation for generating such rich dialogue and debate on the Cusco Plan of Action in particular and the Mountain Partnership as a whole.

The e-consultation is a highly significant event in our collective efforts to shape the Mountain Partnership into a truly participatory and open alliance that responds to the views, interests and priorities of its members at all levels. Your insight, contributions and support over the last three weeks ensures that we will arrive at the Cusco Conference next month with a clearer vision of the future course of the Mountain Partnership and a dynamic framework in which to plan collaborative action that will bring positive change to lives and environments in the world's mountain regions.

La consultation électronique constitue un événement marquant dans nos efforts collectifs de former le Partenariat en une alliance véritablement participative et ouverte qui réponde aux opinions, aux intérêts et aux priorités de ses membres à tous les niveaux. Grâce à vos connaissances, vos contributions et votre appui au cours des trois dernières semaines, nous nous réunirons à la Conférence de Cuzco le mois prochain, forts d’une vision plus claire de l’orientation future du Partenariat de la montagne et d’un cadre dynamique qui servira à planifier une action collaborative qui imprimera des changements positifs aux conditions de vie des habitants de la montagne et à leurs environnements.
