We put forward some proposals on theme 4: Role of members

1. For more operate decision making in the frame of Mountain Partnership it would be very good if the leading group in the form of council or committee consisting from 5-7 members, from country- and/or organizations-members will be choused for 2 years on the global summits by all members on the democratic base. At the same time it is necessary to use a rotation principle every year on the base of electronic conferences. The efficiency of decision making will be achieve, when the members of Partnership will delegate them (committee/council) their authority. Committee/council will choose chairman and co-chairman for 2 years from its staff. The rotation principle doesn't touch chairman and co chairman.

2. Proposal according Secretariat - to create in Secretariat such conditions for all representatives of various mountain countries, especially from least developed countries, who could work in Secretariat and get best and progressive experience on the rotation principle.

3. It would be expedient, if the Mountain Partnership as a group of mountain countries could have status of observer by UN. It would be expedient to discuss this question on the meeting in Cusco.

Tema 2: Centros de Actividad

Estoy de acuerdo, que estos llamados "centros de actividad" son muy importantes para llevar a cabo los objetivos de la alianza y me parece que los resultados tangibles de cada uno se van a ir dando según como avance las actividades y los miembros nos vayamos involucrando aun mas en estas y con esto se vayan aterricen acciones mas concretas de participación.

Quiero hacer un comentario respecto a la traducción al español de los temas, considero que en algunos casos como el anterior, la traducción no ayuda mucho a entender la lectura, además que cambia el sentido y se podrían malinterpretar las preguntas del moderador sugiero que se pongamos atención en esto.
