In reference to the term used in the last posting of MF-LAC, I would like to call your attention to Dr. Robert Rhoades' coinage of the term MONTOLOGY into the new Oxford dictionary. Our profession will now be fully
recognized in the study of mountain ecosystems; hence punologo or paramologo will be appropriate usage in the near future, within the field of Montology.
