Just a note : part of the culture is to eat and to prepare food; many plants are conserved or maintained probably because someone is still able to prepare a special way. So if we maintain the dish from the grandmother we probably maintain a plant. Regards,

Unas breves notas: Parte de toda cultura consiste en comer y preparar alimentos; muchas plantas son conservadas probablemente debido a que alguien conoce como prepararlas en una manera especial. De tal forma que si preservamos los "platos favoritos" de la abuela, probablemente preservaremos tambien algunas plantas.
